Just bought a Mazda 3 sedan here and am pretty happy with my experience:) Eric Vallard was VERY prompt and helpful via email, he helped answer numerous questions that I had and did not seem to low-ball me, etc. this was my first time purchasing a new car so I was a bit nervous but he made it very stress-free and hassle free. for some reason it costs more to pay upfront in cash than to finance it, but the monthly plan ended up being a better fit for me anyway. the service dept. seems pretty good too, they say that they loan you a rental car whenever you need a service (maybe this is just for new car buyers but cool!) and they have this "auto butler" service that gives your car a new coat of paint every 6 months or so..sa-weet. I'd recommend this place highly. they also have free coffee/tea, water and popcorn;)

I went in to get a scheduled service appointment for oil and filter this morning. My service advisor was Jeff and I was very pleased with his service. He was very helpful and courteous, even giving me recommendations on where I could get good car service that was not offered by this service center. I bought a Mazda CX5 last year. I love it! The service department at Mazda is pretty good! I am usually in and out of there and i love my " Auto Butler" that i purchased through the dealership. I bring my car in every 6 months and they go over and put a nice coat on. It is basically for the exterior only. But i noticed this time they even cleaned and put a nice coat on my dash and my leather seats. I love my service team at Capitol Mazda!
Car shopping on the last day of the year is serious business! They were really working it to move 2016s off the lot. I'm grateful to have had Ellios' no-nonsense help every step of the way. We knew what we wanted, how much we were willing to pay and were able to walk away with the ideal purchase the same day.
I went into Mazda to get a new set of keys, and Mikey in the parts department was a huge help. Straight up, quick, efficient, and friendly. Im suprised hes not in the sales department. Highly reccommend this location. The workers are straight up and won't yank ya around. Thanks again Mikey!

Mike Wynne helped me with purchasing my Mazda 3. Patient and friendly. I've been to other Mazda dealerships and I did not feel like I was pushed or pressured into making a decision Service Department James Miller is friendly and communicated everything clearly. I've decided to make a last minute walk in maintenance and I was in and out within two hours on a busy day. He educated me on what my car would need next on my 80,000 mile mark. James and the mechanics really made my day! Having previous experience dealing with Oaktree Mazda, makes me believe that Capitol Mazda deserves a much higher rating.
