I had the greatest purchasing experience here getting my 2018 Mazda CX-5. I had been to other dealerships and had HORRIBLE experiences. This time was completely different! I met with Eric Vallard and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my car buying experience. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I went in for my test drive and then to finally purchasing the car and the whole thing only took about 4.5 hours, as expected but it went so smoothly that I didn't realize the time. I was so happy with my purchase and the experience here made it even better and more enjoyable!
Mike Wynne helped me with my car purchase. He was very friendly and straight forward. He also took the time before and after the purchase to go over the features of the car. I enjoyed working with him very much and, I would recommend working with him to others if they are looking for a car here.
My salesperson Monica Rodriguez was an excellent source of information and helped tremendously through out the process. She kept me informed through a miss-placed key and now I'm so excited to be leaving with my new used CX-5!
I took my car into the dealership for the first time since buying my car and all I can say is that I am SO satisfied with my service and experience. Carlos Molina was extremely accommodating and handled every single one of my (sometimes stupid) questions with patience and carefully went over everything with me so I knew what repairs I was headed for, what to do in the future to prevent the need for repairs like this in the future, etc. The turnaround time is more than accommodating, the communication was absolutely on point with my busy schedule, and I would give more stars if I could for Carlos. I also purchased my vehicle from here, but failed to write a review at the time. Purchasing my vehicle from Capitol Mazda was just as good of an experience as it was taking it in to be serviced. Everyone is so helpful and more than willing to answer any and all questions one might have about the vehicles themselves, finances- pretty much anything relevant you can think of and I am sorry that I cannot seem to remember the names of the multiple gentlemen that helped me throughout the entire process. If it helps, I'm the one with the yellow Camaro! I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my first car OR for my first time taking it in to be serviced through a dealership.
