My cousin ask me to come with him to look for a vehicle. His vehicle of choice was CX-5. We came a few weeks back. While looking around we were approached by Jacob Cohen. I took my vehicle in for its routine maintenance and I gotta say the whole process was quick and simple. Carlos in the Service Department got me checked-in and on my way in no time, and even got me into a Loaner car within minutes! There were some repairs that needed attending to (it's an older car, that's expected) but Carlos kept me updated the whole time and was transparent about the whole process. It felt more like I was dealing with local repair shop than a big-name dealership. Customer service is not lacking here. I'm beyond grateful to the team at Capital Mazda and I'm looking forward to doing business with them again soon!

Both Tom and Nick reached out to us a day after posting this review to express their desire to correct their mistakes and try to make this situation right. When I spoke with Nick, the General Manager, he explained the situation that led to the first car not being available and taking full responsibility for it. Nick offered to have us drop off the car again so they could remove as many dings as they could and repaint the bumpers while giving us a rental for that time. He also wanted to honor the price that Tom first quoted us at. 7 days later, we got our car back and it looked MUCH much better. He handed us a check for the $800 and made sure we got the free tank of gas that we were promised. Tom also took this time to answer all of our other questions regarding the car that we did not have a chance to ask  before. Though it was a rough experience, Nick definitely went above and beyond to make it right. We both greatly appreciate it!

Today I drove away from the dealership as a first time car buyer! I had an amazing experience with this A+ team. Nick the GM was super helpful with setting me up with his team that gave me the true VIP experience. The assistant manager Thomas was able to find the car that I was exactly looking for while also keeping me updated when the car would be ready. I appreciate all of the communication even when he was technically out of the business. My sales rep that helped assist me with the car was Sterling and he helped so much through the process and patience with the finance department. Sean was the sales manager within the finance department and he did everything and exhausted every possible outcome in order for me to get the best deal! I walked away believing that this whole team was there to help us all reach a common goal which was driving away with a car at the best affordable deal. Thank you all for your help!

Kathi rocks!!! She does all the online car sales including Costco. I went through Costco and was referred to Kathi. I went once with Erick to check out the Mazda 3 hatchback, and to meet with Kathi to see if I liked her and could trust her with my car sale. 2 weeks later I returned with my  Erick and I couldn't believe that she had remembered his name after I had only said it one time 2 weeks ago. That was another happy moment I had with her.Kathi was super cool and even though she had warned me in advance that she was sick and didn't want to pass her germs to me (no handshake and windows down during test drive) she still gave me so much meaningful information. She explained every little detail that I still haven't had to look in the car Manuel.I love my car months later, I highly recommend going through Costco just so you have the opportunity to meet Kathi. Costco also offers a great deal.Thank you Capital Mazda, and a big thank you to Kathi  or finally  since I'm sure you are better by now 🙂

Just wanted to recognize Capital Mazda for there excellent Service Department especially Carlos M.. I had a problem with my Mazda 3. I was able to make an appointment on Wednesday afternoon for Thursday morning. Carlos took great care of me and understood the problem with my Mazda 3. Carlos even had the tech go with me for a drive so that way he could verify the problem. Carlos kept me up to date and was able to fix my vehicle. Definitely I'am happy with the service and would recommend Capital Service department to anybody that has a Mazda.
