The service manager is a liar and the assistant service manager is discriminitive and belittling. Fowl language, rude comments and tried to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about when I was correct in the first place. He treated me like Im a dumb girl. Im a 62 year old female. The salesperson, Andrew, was good at keeping the customer with the great offer, but after that, the finance manager, Oscar Hernandez, was awful. I bought new tires and an alignment, after coming back for an oil change an tire rotation they tell me they tire they sold me was bad and can't replace it and after the free tire rotation my car now pulls to the right and after bringing in it all they did was balance the tires and car still pulls to the right now. Wasted 8 hour of my day with my car there today.

I found the maintenance service and customer service thorough and good. I like the vehicle, though it has some shortcomings for a certified 2022 vehicle with 10k miles at the start of my ownership. These things (like the flaw in the dashboard leather) could have been fixed before sale. I also paid to license and register, warranty.

After another Mazda dealer previously dismissed the issue as normal, James took the concern seriously and spent time properly checking the car. The issue was completely resolved afterward. Thanks to James Miller for being patient, professional, and communicative throughout the process. He listened carefully to the concern, followed up properly, and made the overall experience much better than my previous another dealership visit. So far, this has been the best Mazda dealer experience I’ve had in the Bay Area.
