All the sales representatives are working very well while having to do their job in a trailer due to the construction. It was cramped but I appreciated the great attitude and the fact that trailer had air conditioning!!!

The manager Luis will reply quickly and Chris will help you with passion, but the whole store is too busy or their efficiency is too low. i need to wait for so long to get my lease, contract, etc. done, which is annoying because nobody want to spend that much time in the office.

We had bought a CPO 2023 MAZDA CX-30 Premium Turbo for our son about 10 months ago and it was a smooth, though LONG process. We liked Gtiae, our salesman. When it was time to buy our daughter a car, we identified one at the same dealership and called Gitae, who told us the car was available. The salesperson, Andrew, was good at keeping the customer with the great offer, but after that, the finance manager, Oscar Hernandez, was awful. I bought new tires and an alignment, after coming back for an oil change an tire rotation they tell me they tire they sold me was bad and can't replace it and after the free tire rotation my car now pulls to the right and after bringing in it all they did was balance the tires and car still pulls to the right now. Wasted 8 hour of my day with my car there today.

They were honest, empathetic, professional and efficient in helping us navigate the service contract and having the vehicle fixed while providing a loaner to minimize the inconvenience. I found the maintenance service and customer service thorough and good. I like the vehicle, though it has some shortcomings for a certified 2022 vehicle with 10k miles at the start of my ownership. These things (like the flaw in the dashboard leather) could have been fixed before sale. I also paid to license and register, warranty.
